Kodak Black's attorneys see him winning back his freedom soon.

Despite massive chart-topping success, Kodak Black fate has been found guilty in court this week of violating the conditions of his house arrest. As he sits in his cell in Broward County jail, his fate rests in the hands of the judge. He risks spending the next six behind bars. Yet, Kodak's attorney is confident her client will be touring with Future and Migos this spring.

"I have the utmost faith in God that he will be out on the fourth and will start the tour," Dieuson Octave's lawyer Raven Ramona Liberty told Bossip, adding that the rapper is only 19 years old. "Fortunately he has the money to pay for attorneys. But this happens all the time to young men in his situation. I don't think sitting in jail is the correct punishment."

On May 4, LilBIGPac is scheduled to kick off Nobody Safe, a national tour alongside Hendrixx, YRN, Tory Lanez, Young Thug and A$AP Ferg. Liberty explained jail time isn't the only option available to her successful client, citing probation. Even his probation officer hasn't recommended that he serve time. Instead, she suggested Octave get counseling and resume his anger management classes.

Kodak is due back in court next week -- the same day the tour begins.
