Earlier today, the unfortunate news broke that Lil Peep passed away from an alleged overdose. Members of the hip hop community have shown their respects to Peep, his team and his family for their loss and have remembered the impact his short-lived career had. In memory of Peep, Lil Tracy, one of Peep's closest collaborators over the years, just released a collaboration between himself, Peep and Diplo, "Ratchet Bitches Cocaina."
After the news broke out, Diplo was one of the first people to pay his respects publicly. He wrote on Twitter, "peep had so much more to do man he was constantly inspiring me. I dont feel good man."
Lil Peep's music has been described as a the future of emo in the past and his musical efforts have all been revered by music critics and fans alike for the raw emotion and his ability to perfectly blend emo and hip hop together.
