Earlier today, 21 Savage officially deemed himself the inventor of the word "ISSA," writing on Twitter, "it's the most used new word of 2017! we're is my recognition?" Of course, 21 is referring to his 2016 Vlad TV interview, in which he answered an inquiry about his "cross" tattoo with the loudest "well, actually" of the year, "ISSA KNIFE."
