The auction of Young Buck's property finally went down, and it got the IRS a total of $53,000.
The auction sold Buck's jewelry, his recording equipment and other seized possessions. The most expensive item sold was a 615 Cashville necklace which Buck wore in a few videos. It sold for $12,300, although it had been appraised at $20,000. Young Buck's trademarked name was also sold during the auction.
Young Buck's possessions and intellectual property were auctioned because the Nashville rapper filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation.
Young Buck, real name David Darnell Brown, is also heading back to prison for 18 months on gun possession charge.
[UPDATE: Young Buck buys back his own property]
According to Young Buck's tweets, and other various reports, the rapper bought back his 615 Cashville chain. It seems many other items of his were also bought back by his management team. He also tweeted that they have not sold his name.
