On Friday, Metro Boomin blessed us with a brand new collaboration featuring Migos' Offset and Drake. Apparently, that wasn't enough for some fans. The producer had previously teased the release with some artwork on Instagram, which meant that some jumped to the conclusion that a full project was coming this week.
Metro laughed off the assumptions, replying to a fan who said they "thought" an album was coming with with "LOL KEYWORD #THOUGHT." He went on to say "LOL BRO I NEVER SAID I WAS DROPPING AN ALBUM TONIGHT, YOU INTERNET NIGGAS FUNNY."
While some may be disappointed that the only got one song from Metro this weekend, his tweets never counted out the possibility of an album coming eventually. So hold tight. What we do know is that Perfect Timing, his collaborative project with Nav, is "next" on the docket.
