Chris Brown, who was set to return to court for a probation hearing, will have to wait a little big longer to find out if his community service hours are up to scratch.
Brown was set to check-in with an L.A. judge, regarding his community service hours after being convicted of assault on his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. However, the Monday-scheduled court appearance has been deferred for a week, so that the authorities are able to properly prepare the singer's probation report, the LA Times report. The issue at hand being the number of hours of community labor (i.e. roadside clean-up, graffiti removal etc.) Brown's done since he was granted permission to do part of his hours in his home state of Virginia.
A deputy DA in L.A. ordered an audit of his hours after insinuating in July that the recent records on Breezy's community service were unclear as to what, where, when he does it.
Chris Brown can't seem to stay out of the news when it comes to Rihanna, the past issues between the two constantly re-surface, whether it is in the form of anti-domestic violence warning labels on his CDs, or a fresh tattoo resembling the Barbados singer.
