Snoh Aalegra continues to roll out new music ahead of her upcoming FEELS album which drops this Friday, October 20th. After hitting us with “Fool For You” last month & recently sharing the official video for “Nothing Burns Like The Cold” with Vince Staples just last week, R&B singer Snoh Aalegra decides to keep things moving by coming through today and sharing another song called “Sometimes” featuring DMV fan-favorite Logic.
Premiered on Beats 1 Radio with Zane Lowe, Aalegra had this to say about the record. “‘Sometimes’ is about how life points you in different directions though we are all ultimately the master of our own individual destinies,” she said. “We all have the power to steer the wheel to where we want to take ourselves, but you inevitably have things happen to you that you have no control over. You have to deal with these things whether you like it or not, and you have to readjust, rethink and refocus.”
She also gave some praise to Logic for his guest appearance as well. “Logic was the perfect person for this song,” she said. “I’ve known him since before he put out his first album. We used to record in the same studio years ago with No ID. I think it goes without saying that Logic has a strong and powerful message in his artistic deliveries and has a very beautiful mind. I’m so thrilled to have him be a part of FEELS.”
Take a listen to the somber & introspective record and let us know what you think! FEELS is available for pre-order on iTunes.
If you wish to see Snoh in person, you're in luck, the Swedish singer is about to hit the road this Winter with fellow R&B singer Daniel Caesar. Peep tour dates right here if interested.
Quotable Lyrics:
Yeah, smokin' on that really good
Man, I wish you really would
Wonder if he's really hood
Wonder if I give a damn
I'm the man, I'm the one
The only beloved son
Tell me where you come from
Get the bread, fuck the crumbs
