Young Lito's closest musical collaborator over the course of the last few years has been Troy Ave. Their alliance has broken, and Lito has made Troy his sworn enemy. Lito questioned Troy's street cred and his loyalty to friends and supporters in his new seven-minute freestyle over Tee Grizzley‘s “First Day Out.”
Lito raps for three minutes (“You call my phone cryin’ like a thot/But you diss me on your records, nigga stop") and spends the remaining four minutes speaking candidly on Troy's shortcomings. He calls Troy a "koala face ugly-ass nigga," "clown," and "buster" before accusing him of referring his bodyguard Ronald "Banga" McPhatter "just a holster," then doing a 180 and calling him his best friend after he died in last year's Irving Plaza shooting. He then called Troy out for pinching pennies while his crew went hungry.
"When anyone in BSB ever needed a favor, what was your line? 'I'm not your brother. I'm your boss,'" Lito said. "'Alright, cooll! Well running into bullets ain't in my contract, nigga!' Imagine dying for a nigga that won't even buy you a motherfucking cheeseburger."
Here's what Lito wrote on Instagram: “I done got jumped for that nigga, someone loss they life for that nigga, dudes went to jail 4 him n He never cared. No checc ups, no headstone, no calls. DON’T LET YOUR LOYALTY BECOME SLAVERY."
