Yung Miami tried her hand at the Put It On Da Floor beat in a new remix.

One of the biggest teams up in all of hip-hop so far this year dropped a few weeks ago. Earlier this year Latto released her new single "Put It On Da Floor." But it only flew up the charts after she dropped a remix with Cardi B which is fittingly called "Put It On Da Floor Again." The song reached number 13 on the Hot 100 last week following the release of the remix. It was Cardi B's first new song of the year and Latto's second following "Lottery" which features LU KALA and dropped earlier this year.

Now there could be another high-profile female rapper tossing her hat into the ring. Earlier today, City Girls' rapper Yung Miami posted a snippet to Instagram of herself rapping over the tracks instrumental. In the video she serves up some hard-hitting and highly sexual bars just like you'd expect. While she fits in perfectly on the track its unclear if this is an official collaboration. Latto and Yung Miami previously collaborated earlier this year when they both joined Lola Brooke for a remix of her song "Don't Play With It."

Yung Miami Previews A Fire Remix

Yung Miami has been a part of three new City Girls singles already this year. Last month the duo dropped "Act Bad" a collaboration with Diddy and Fabolous. They followed it up earlier this month with the short but hard-hitting "I Need A Thug." Just a few days later they also dropped the track "Pinata." It's unknown right now whether the pair are building up to a new album or not. Their last project City On Lock dropped back in 2020. The album will actually be celebrating its third anniversary tomorrow.

Yung Miami has also been getting fans' attention for social media antics in recent weeks. In a tweet response to a fan, she advised her followers "don't do it" in regards to moving in with their men. What do you think of Yung Miami's take on "Put It On Da Floor?" Let us know in the comment section below.
