Belly grabs Pusha T for the first single off his upcoming project "Mumble Rap."

XO's Belly has been dominant force in the music industry for the past few years. His career goes as far back as 2007 when he started making noise throughout Canada's music scene. After a while, his stepped back from the limelight and focused on working behind the scenes. He eventually linked up with The Weeknd and solidified his name through his songwriting abilities. That move was merely a stepping stone. He eventually penned his own deal with XO and Roc Nation and through 2016 and 2017, he delivered solid projects and singles. He announced this morning that he'd be dropping a project with Boi-1da called Mumble Rap. Now, he unveils the first single off of the project, "Alcantara" featuring G.O.O.D Music's Pusha T.

Belly proved that while he could create melodic music, he's still a lyricist at heart. The Ottawa-born rapper hits some dark production provided by Boi-1da. Time and time again, Belly proves that his pen is his best quality. So, it only makes sense that both he and Pusha finally get on a track together. His upcoming project is 11 tracks deep and Belly holds the project down predominantly on his own but he does have Pusha as the only feature on Mumble Rap. It's a stand-out record that'll reassure you that Belly is definitely one of the prime spitters in the game.

The release of Mumble Rap follows his 2016 release of Inzombia. The project was well received and delivered the singles, "Consuela" and "The Day That I Met You." Belly is one of the top artists in Canada right now and with the release of Mumble Rap, it's looking like his position in the rap game will be further solidified.

Quotable Lyrics
Your aura should be your strongest feature
But you can't keep a secret or a promise either
You was never honest, just a non believer
Facial features blank like the Mona Lisa
