Fans shared their support for Asian Doll in the replies to her tweet. One wrote: "Let me break it down for you slow people. He basically letting y'all know you been attacking this girl for so long for no reason SHE IS NOT THE REASON VON WAS HARMED or THE REASON STUFF POPPED OFF. Y'all as his fans or whatever truly owe this girl a apology how y'all did her." Doll retweeted another fan who replied: "You deserved it! No matter how long it took you finally got your name cleared up that’s ALL that matters [100 emoji] the real knew what it was!"

Elsewhere in the discussion, Durk labeled the killing of Von as an incident “that changed everybody’s lives irreparably.” “Yeah, that shit fucked everybody up, boy, when a real gangsta get took out by a nerd type,” he added in reference to Lul Tim.

Further speaking with Akademiks, Durk also touched on his long-standing feud with NBA Youngboy. YoungBoy recently traded shots with Durk online while trying to release his newest mixtape, Richest Opp, on the same day as Durk initially planned to drop his new album, Almost Healed.
