"Soon as the show's over, she's right back to being my soldier."

Beyoncé recently expressed with a not-so-subtle picture that she's literally behind her husband Jay-Z at all times. Moreover, she just added yet another photo dump on Instagram with the two of them looking sharp and luxurious on a dinner date. Amid oysters, wine glasses, and simple black and beige fits, they showed once again why they're one of the richest pop culture couples in both wealth and in spirit. While Hov posed with a poker face for the camera, the singer popped her head out from behind him with a smile. As she continues her incredibly hyped RENAISSANCE tour, at least she's having fun off the stage as well.

Of course, it's a lavish post for a lavish duo, who recently made headlines for their insane homeowner moves. Furthermore, Beyoncé and Jay-Z recently bought the most expensive home in all of Malibu- and the second-most expensive real estate property in the country, for that matter. What's more is that they're not even selling their $88 million Bel-Air crib to make up for it. Then again, is this really all that surprising from one of today's most high-profile partners?

Jay-Z & Beyoncé Keep Embodying Couple Goals

Still, they remain most well-known and praised for their cultural contributions, whether it's their music or other areas. For Beyoncé, that recently manifested in a big way alongside occasional collaborator and fellow star Kendrick Lamar. They teamed up for a remix of the 41-year-old's RENAISSANCE track "AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM." While the track made a big splash and was a welcome treat from two legends, it was able to do so by balancing the social themes the title implies and a pop sensibility. If anyone would pull it off, it would be the two most renowned champions in those fields.

Meanwhile, the New York rap mogul had a similarly surprising but welcome new remix release of his own with an "Empire State Of Mind" reimagining with Gil Scott-Heron. Sure, the lyrics might be the same, but the distinct percussive and melodic additions give the opulent original a grounded groove. Overall, it's a different take on a classic that re-contextualizes its subject matter. Their work continues to be just as relevant as their hype, and remains impactful no matter what they're up to in their private lives.
