Zoey Dollaz has been making waves throughout the year. The rapper is currently under the wing for Future's FreeBandz Gang. While a co-sign/record deal from one of the hottest artists in the game is enough to get buzz around your name, he's been simultaneously popping up on tracks alongside Don Q, T-Pain, French Montana and more. The release of his most recent EP M'ap Boule helped catapult his career even further. Today, he continues to push forward with the video for a stand-out song on his EP, "Post & Delete" featuring Chris Breezy.
The video for "Post & Delete" aligns with the song's concept. Zoey Dollaz takes a futuristic (or not so much) approach to his video. The video consists has Dollaz linking up with a beautiful woman while their whole interaction is documented on social media. We currently live in a time where the majority of people's lives are seen on social media, whether it's an accurate depiction of how they're living or not. Zoey Dollaz focuses on the idea through the video. For rappers especially, the fear of having their personal lives exposed through social media is real. We've seen it with Swae Lee, Royce Da 5'9" and plenty others. Director Edward Tran does a great job of bringing the song to life. He's previously done work with Dreezy on her T-Pain assisted single "Close To You" and also has done work with Kevin McCall and Kevin Gates in the past.
While Zoey reveals the video for arguably his biggest song to date, the rapper has been on a mission to make his mark on the industry. His recent EP featured some of the artists including his boss, Future, Tory Lanez and obviously Chris Brown. Aside from that, he recently popped up alongside Dave East and French Montana on DJ Kay Slay's "Rose Showers." He also recruited Young Thug & Lil Durk for the incredibly dope "Move Like The Mob" cut.
