Quavo hosted his 5th annual Huncho Day charity game at Berkmar High School in Lilburn, Georgia with the brand, Legends, on Saturday. The Migos rapper brought out several high-profile guests for the event. As for rappers, J.I.D, was in attendance while NFL stars Jalen Ramsey, D’Andre Swift, Kyle Pitts, Aman-Ra St. Brown, Kenny Moore, Diontae Johnson, and more participated as well. One name notably absent was Quavo's Migos partner, Offset. The event raised $2 million for The Rocket Foundation in honor of the late rapper Takeoff.
“I look forward to Huncho Day every year because I get together with some of my close friends and come back to the place where it all started for me,” Quavo said in a statement. “This year was extra special as we launched The Rocket Foundation in memory of Takeoff. It was a day where we got to play some football, raise money for the community, and remember Take.”

Team Huncho reportedly took home the win during the football game against Team Ramsey. Quavo won the MVP award for his performance. Ronnie2k served as a host of the event. Afterward, Quavo presented a giant check for $2 million to The Rocket Foundation.
The Rocket Foundation launched in 2022, following the death of Takeoff. A statement on the organization's website reads, "To honor the life and legacy of Kirsnick Khari Ball (known to many as 'Takeoff'), The Rocket Foundation has been established to support programs which are saving lives through proven, community-based solutions to prevent gun violence." Funding received by the charity will be dispersed to three groups: Community Justice Action Fund, H.O.P.E. HUSTLERS, LIVE FREE, and Offenders Alumni Association.
Takeoff was shot and killed outside of a bowling alley in Houston back in November 2022. He was just 28 years old. The shooting reportedly stemmed from an argument over a heated dice game. Two men were arrested following an investigation into the incident.
