It's not good news for the rapper.

Unless you've been living under a rock for the last few months, you know 6ix9ine was attacked at an LA Fitness in Florida. The incident occurred about a month ago. The rapper has been making the most of his recent notoriety, having released two new songs and videos since the attack. The assailants, identified as Rafael Medina Jr., Octavious Medina, and Anthony Maldonado, were arrested for their alleged involvement. The men were charged with assault and robbery.

One of the alleged attackers had a GoFundMe campaign started on their behalf by his wife. This of course garnered quite a lot of attention, with some supporting it and others calling for its removal. Since so many seem to hate 6ix9ine, many people applauded the three assailants. Still, no amount of public support makes being incarcerated an enjoyable experience. One man, however, seems to have had a new stroke of luck in the case.

6ix9ine's Alleged Assailant Was At "Bible Study"

Earlier today, the No Jumper account on Instagram posted some new court documents that show that one of the alleged attackers has been set free. Anthony Maldonado was released due to a lack of evidence. According to reports, the other two accused assailants are still in jail. This is definitely a negative outcome for 6ix9ine. While there was an apparent lack of evidence to connect Maldonado to the crime, someone that looks at least extremely similar to him can be clearly seen in the security footage. In order to get more information about the situation, No Jumper reached out to Maldonado to ask him about it.

Maldonado's alibi for the day of the attack is just about as ridiculous as you might expect it to be. According to the man, he was in a Bible study at the time of the attack. Many of No Jumper's followers took to the comments to make their thoughts known on the alibi. Many thought it was far from believable. "Lmao bro could’ve just said he was playing 2k," one user said. "I knew he was guilty when he said Bible studies," said another. What do you think of the alleged attacker's alibi? Let us know in the comments!
