There could be some consequences on the way.

Pete Davidson can't seem to catch a break. From his very public relationships to his infamous beef with Ye, Pete can't get out of the headlines. As reported by TMZ, last month Pete and his now girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders were involved in a car crash in Beverly Hills. According to the publication, Davidson was seen driving a Mercedes at high speeds through the Flats neighborhood of Bev Hills. Reportedly, he lost control of the vehicle, hopped the curb, took out a fire hydrant, then proceeded to crash into someone's home.

While Davidson may not have gone into the property, he did strike it, causing some damage. Although no one was hurt during Pete Davidson's late-night joyride, he's not out of the woods yet. According to TMZ, Pete could be facing possible criminal charges. Law enforcement revealed to the publication that they have wrapped the investigation. They've sent the case to the L.A. County's District Attorney. There it will be determined whether Pete Davidson is charged with the crash.

According to TMZ, no drugs or alcohol were involved during the crash. However, since he was going at such a high rate of speed, it's no surprise that a reckless driving charge is a possibility. While Pete wasn't cited for the crash, that doesn't mean he is necessarily in the clear. Once the L.A. County District Attorney gives his verdict on the case will we have a better idea of what's to come for Pete. This has been quite the turn of events for the former SNL cast member.

On the day of the crash, the couple was spotted in Hawaii enjoying the beach. They didn't seem to be in too much of a rush to get back. Thankfully nobody was hurt and hopefully, this case can get resolved without anyone serving any jail time. Especially since Pete will be hosting Saturday Night Live on May 6th, doing any jail time would not be ideal for the comedian. Will you be tuning in on May 6th? Let us know in the comments below!
