The reason for the ban comes as a suprise.

Kai Cenat is the biggest Twitch streamer in the world right now. Whenever he does a Subathon, you can be sure he will reach close to 200,000 subscribers. These are astronomical numbers when it comes to the world of Twitch. Overall, Cenat has been able to accomplish this thanks to wildly entertaining variety streams. Although he is not everyone's cup of tea, he has proven himself to be at the top of his profession. Considering he is still relatively new to the game, this is all very impressive.

Unfortunately, Kai Cenat has had his fair share of issues with Twitch. The streamer wants a contract, and they will not give it to him. Instead, they believe he is simply entitled to his subscriber revenue, and that's about it. Consequently, other platforms like Kick have offered Kai upwards of $50 million. It's a whole lot of cash, however, Cenat has opted to stay with Twitch. Although now, he could be considering a switch when you consider how the platform recently banned him.

Kai Cenat Ban Receives Some Clarity

Originally, as we reported earlier, there was no reasoning given for this ban. Instead, Kai Cenat was left in the dark about the whole thing. It hardly seemed fair, especially when you consider what he has given to the platform over the last few years. Now, according to Dexerto, a reason for the ban has been given. Over the weekend, Kai Cenat reportedly engaged in "repeated explicit simulated sexual activity in GTA." Simply put, Cenat probably went to the strip club one too many times in the game. Although, it was stated that the ban is just temporary.

As for when Cenat will be reinstated by Twitch, that has not been revealed. All we know is that this could very well spend the end of Kai's tenure on the platform. With other platforms promising less content moderation, he could very easily be pulled away. Be sure to let us know your thoughts on this situation, in the comments section down below.
