After making the highest chart debut for a rap song in 7 years, Kendrick Lamar's "HUMBLE." will soundtrack the 2017 NBA Playoffs.

LeBron, a privileged listener, played snippets of Kendrick Lamar's new album, DAMN., via his Instagram story a day before the album's release. "Playoff vibe," LeBron captioned one of his posts. It turns out that we'll all be hearing plenty of that new Kendrick throughout the 2017 NBA Playoffs. ABC has selected "HUMBLE.," DAMN.'s lead single, to soundtrack the promotional video segment that will be frequently used during their (and ESPN's) postseason coverage. Watch the clip below.

The Mike Will-produced "HUMBLE." triumphantly arrived two weeks before DAMN. The single was released with a thrilling music video, directed by Dave Meyers & The Little Homies. Kendrick hasn't yet chosen a second single from the 14-song album, which you can stream here

"HUMBLE." made its debut on Billboard's Hot 100 chart last Monday (April 10) by grabbing the No. 2 spot. It was the highest debut for a rap song in 7 years. Funnily enough, Kendrick's biggest single ever is a song called "HUMBLE." The new Hot 100 chart will be unveiled tomorrow.
