Kobe Bryant was a pioneer of the sneaker world.

Kobe Bryant was one of the greatest players in the history of the NBA. Overall, some people believe he is top three all-time. Meanwhile, others simply believe he should be in the top 10. Regardless of how you feel, there is no denying that his legacy is simply incredible. He won five NBA titles with the Los Angeles Lakers. Moreover, he won two NBA Finals MVPs, while also dropping 81 on the Toronto Raptors. His legacy is cemented, and this is especially true when it comes to the sneaker world.

For instance, Kobe Bryant originally started out with Adidas. Unfortunately, his shoes were roasted at first due to their unique design. Subsequently, after a couple of signature silhouettes, Kobe moved on to Nike. However, there is a lot of nostalgia and fanfare surrounding his output with Adidas. This makes a whole lot of sense as a lot of shoes from the past are coming back in style. An example of this is the Adidas Crazy 1, which is a silhouette that Bryant wore during the 2002 NBA Finals.
