This shoe pays homage to an icon.

One of the most iconic sneakers ever made would have to be the Nike Air Force 1 Low. Overall, this is a shoe that has been kicking it since all the way back in 1982. Last year, this shoe celebrated its 40th anniversary, which subsequently led to a whole bunch of amazing releases. Whether it be retros or new colorways, the Air Force 1 Low was well represented. Of course, fans were very happy about this as they got to consume to their heart's content. In 2023, however, the releases will certainly continue.

For instance, it appears the next Nike Air Force 1 Low will be a celebration of Jackie Robinson and his legacy. Robinson broke the color barrier in baseball. From his time in Montreal to his output with the Brooklyn Dodgers, Robinson became a legend in the baseball world. Although he has since passed away, Robinson is still remembered for his contributions to the world. He is a pioneer and a trailblazer, which makes him the perfect subject for a sneaker-based honor.
