Drake's "More Life" sales projections have arrived, and they're big.

Drake appears to only be in competition with himself these days. He seems to have known that he's one his own biggest competitors, as he rapped on "5 AM in Toronto," Give these n*ggas the look, the verse, and even the hook/That's why every song sound like Drake featuring Drake. The point is proved further with the release of his highly anticipated playlist (which sounds more like a proper album), More Life.

The 22-track offering is set to be the biggest debut week since, well, his last album-- Views in May 2016. By extension, he'll set a new record. Billboard reports the album is projected to move 500,000 to 550,000 TAEU opening week. This number is largely due to streams, with traditional album sales likely accounting for 200,000 to 250,000 units. Thus, Drake will set the record for the largest debut week in 2017, on top of just being the largest debut week since Views. These numbers should be even more impressive due to the fact that he released More Life on Saturday-- giving him one day less than the traditional seven day tracking period.

More Life will also become Drake's seventh consecutive album to debut at #1-- So Far Gone being the only not to enter the Billboard 200 at #1 in 2009.

What are your thoughts on More Life? Has it lived up to the hype?
