There has been a lot of drama surrounding Juice WRLD's ex-girlfriend, Ally Lotti as of late. Just a few months ago, Lotti was arrested for drug possession and theft. Although she was able to post bond, she did have to go into a plea deal. Overall, it was bad news, especially when you consider her erratic behavior on social media. Fans have expressed their concerns for Lotti, however, they have mostly gone ignored. Needless to say, no one knows what she is dealing with right now.
Of course, Lotti was with Juice WRLD at the time of his passing back in 2019. One can imagine what kind of toll this took on her and her mental health. Subsequently, after his passing, Lotti made sure to honor Juice in any way she could. However, there were certainly sections of his fanbase who thought she was chasing clout. It was an unfair assessment that could certainly have done more damage to the grieving process. Additionally, there is now a sense that things have taken an especially difficult toll on Ally Lotti as her most recent selfie reveals an unrecognizable new look.

In the photo below, reposted by DJ Akademiks, you can see that Lotti has dyed her hair purple and brown. Overall, her hair used to be blonde, and much longer. Moreover, her facial features seem much different than before. Fans could barely even recognize her, which led to various comments underneath Akademiks' post. Unfortunately, some people decided to treat Lotti with cruelty as opposed to charitability. There is no telling where her mental health is at, however, she still opted to share her new look with everyone. Needless to say, she has nothing to hide.
Hopefully, Ally Lotti is getting the help and support she needs during this difficult stretch. The internet can be a very cruel place, and if anyone understands that, it would have to be her.
