Jeffery might be in some legal trouble. The Atlanta-based rapper has recently been sued by Heritage Select Homes LCC over $2.2 million in unpaid house payments. The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that Thug placed a “balloon promissory note” on the home on Sept. 19, 2016. In layman's terms, the rapper was supposed to make payments over the months, culminating in a massive payout. The ATJ states Thug was "scheduled to pay a total of $86,500 on Oct. 19; $86,033 on Nov. 19; $150,567 on Dec. 19; and then two more payments of $14,667 in January and February. On March 19, he was supposed to pay a sum of $2,214,667 on the home."
Young Thug failed to pay up the final payment, and was sued as a result. Was it worth it? The house apparently contained an indoor pool and hot-tub, six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a bar, a theater room and a four-car garage. One wonders why somebody would ever need eleven bathrooms, but then again, why not.
