Pete Davidson & Kim Kardashian: Relationship Timeline

Business guru Kim Kardashian and former Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson had a whirlwind nine-month relationship. Between their not-so-secret rendezvouses in Staten Island to longer, more private tropical getaways, many fans were rooting for the adorable couple. Unfortunately, in August 2022, the pair announced an amicable split. The pressure of hectic work schedules and the long distance between them could not sustain the relationship. Here's a detailed timeline of their relationship.

Kim and then-husband Kanye West attended Kid Cudi's birthday party in January 2019. That is where Pete and Kim officially meet, but their relationship did not ignite until she hosted Saturday Night Live. Kim hosted the show in October 2022, dishing some all-in-fun jabs at her family. Meanwhile, Kim and Pete performed a skit together as Disney characters Jasmine and Aladdin. The two shared a steamy kiss during that skit, and the relationship blossomed. Later in October, the two visited Knott's Berry Farm. Even though they claimed to be friends, they were spotted tightly holding hands on a rollercoaster.

Throughout November, Kim made several trips to New York City, including sharing an intimate rooftop date at Staten Island's Campania with Pete. Later in the month, the pair were pictured holding hands in Palm Springs and appeared on Insta together. They were celebrating Pete's birthday weekend. During December, back on Staten Island, the couple hit the town with Scott Disick, the father of Kim's sister Kourtney's children. During an interview with Not Skinny but Not Fat the following day, Kim dished about her SNL kiss with Pete. She admitted that she asked a producer for his number.

On the 28th, Davidson played the dutiful boyfriend by joining Kim at the courthouse to support her during the Kardashians' ongoing legal battle with Blac Chyna. Kim posts many pictures of her and Pete at the beginning of July. In one photo, Pete appears to have a Kim-inspired tattoo. It is an infinity sign with the names "Jasmine" and "Aladdin." This new ink is in addition to his tattoos: "knscp" and "my girl is a lawyer" across his collarbone. Later in July, the couple took a private trip to Australia.

However, sadly by August, it seemed the fire had gone out of the steamy relationship. Reports surfaced that Kim and Pete called it quits after nine months. They blamed the break up on busy schedules and long distances, making it hard to maintain the relationship.
