The Air Jordan 8 "Gunsmoke" is coming later this year.

When you think of Michael Jordan sneakers from the 90s, the Air Jordan 8 probably doesn't immediately jump out at you. Overall, this is a great sneaker. Although, the issue is the fact that these are massive sneakers that do not fit every single person. You have to have the correct frame in order to rock these, and not everyone possesses that. Regardless, if you are a sneakerhead, you should be able to acknowledge that this is a fantastic offering. After all, it capped off MJ's first three-peat which has to count for something.

This is a special year for the Air Jordan 8 as the shoe is celebrating its 30th anniversary. That is a huge milestone for any sneaker, and Jordan Brand is making sure they celebrate correctly. This consequently means that we will be seeing a whole bunch of amazing new colorways. Furthermore, it means we are going to be hit with teasers over the next few months. Many of these teasers continue to come down the pipeline, and the hype for the rest of the year is palpable.

"Gunsmoke" Air Jordan 8

In the Instagram post above, we can find a photoshop rendering from the likes of @sneakerfiles and @sneakerheadz. Overall, these two have been on top of things in regard to Jordan Brand leaks, and we can see that here. This new Air Jordan 8 is called "Gunsmoke" and it is definitely living up to its name. Firstly, the shoe begins with a nice black upper. Secondly, the midsole and back heel are given some grey overlays. Lastly, the panel near the back has that iconic wavy Air Jordan 8 graphic which ties everything together. When you add it all up, you get yet another great color scheme.

For now, it is being said that these will come out in November on the 27th. However, there is no confirmation from Jordan Brand just yet. That said, you should stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sneaker world.
