Le'Veon Bell doesn't mind taking some punishment.

Le'Veon Bell was at one time one of the best running backs in the entire NFL. However, following his holdout debacle with the Steelers, he regressed. Subsequently, he found himself out of the league just a few years later. Ultimately, this is something we see a lot with running backs these days. The position is being phased out of offenses, and there is very little leverage for a running back. That said, Bell is an athletic guy who can excel in various different sports.

Over the last few months, Bell has been engaged in the world of boxing. Overall, this is a very common theme these days. When you fizzle out of your main sport, you go to boxing for a series of exhibitions where you can make a lot of money. Bell has already beaten guys like Adrian Peterson, and he has even fought Uriah Hall. Now, however, Bell is set to face off against YouTuber JMX on April 21st. It is a fight that will determine whether or not he truly has a future in the sport.

Le'Veon Bell Takes A Whole Lot Of Punishment

According to TMZ, Bell has been training exceptionally hard for this upcoming fight. In the video above, which was posted to his Instagram story, you can see that he is engaging in some intense and insane workouts. For instance, you can see an exercise ball being dropped on his abs. Overall, this looks extremely painful, and Bell could feel the full extent of that pain. He was grimacing and making noises which is evidence that he was extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, he wants to win this fight real bad.

Boxing workouts are some of the most intense in the sports world. Ultimately, it seems like Bell wants to practice taking body shots, and this is his way of doing it. Although it may look unnecessary, in his mind, this is how he is going to win against his next opponent. You can let us know what you think of this wild workout, in the comments section down below.
