Megan Fox attended an Oscars afterparty without Machine Gun Kelly.

Megan Fox attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty by herself after the 95th Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday. The appearance came amid reported relationship problems with her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly. Kelly was booked to perform at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, in Dana Point, California on the same day.

"She seemed really happy and light. Super nice to everyone," an insider told PEOPLE regarding Fox's presence at the party. She was reportedly also not wearing her engagement ring. Another source close to the couple told the outlet: "They're not completely done. They're still trying to sort through things, but most of their friends think it is likely over. They're just not ready to totally call it yet."

As for the reasons for their alleged relationship problems, there were initially rumors of a cheating scandal; however, Megan Fox shot those down in a post on Instagram from February. "There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind," Fox wrote at the time. "You need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now." The post came after Fox had hinted at infidelity and shut down her Instagram. "You can taste the dishonesty/ it's all over your breath," she wrote online, referencing Beyoncé's 2016 album Lemonade.

"She's now posted that there was no cheating, but she initially thought there was and now is backtracking a bit," a source told PEOPLE at the time. "She was definitely hinting at infidelity with her first post. She regrets making it all so public, but was really upset in the moment." Amid all of the drama, the two were spotted by paparazzi outside of a marriage counseling office in California, last month. Kelly and Fox first announced that they had gotten engaged back in January 2022. They dated for nearly two years beforehand after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass.
