Listen To Young Thug & Carnage's "10,000 Slimes"

Young Thug's new collaborative EP with Carnage Young Martha saw release on Friday. "10,000 Slimes" is the only song not previously shared as a single from the project. The song features additional production from Wheezy, a producer who has worked closely with Thug since his extensive involvement in the Barter 6 sessions. AS a result, "Slimes" sounds more like a deep cut from a Slime Season mixtape than an EDM crossover track. Sitting at track 3 on the EP, it serves as a welcome dip in energy before things pick back up on "Don't Call Me."

Carnage previously worked with G-Eazy on a collaborative tape, but in a recent interview with HNHH, he suggested there was tension between himself and the Bay Area rapper. "Yeah, he's definitely going to need me for another project cause his music that's not with me is not that great," he said. "But I'm here to help him, we're blood, and I'll be there to save him, whenever he trickles back down after the Step Brothers hype." Thankfully, things with Carnage and Thug seem to be as good as ever. "I love u and I'm with whateva u with..." Thugger wrote on Twitter this week. 

The DJ also shared some thoughts on the conception of Young Martha in our interview. "[I Wanted to] take like everything we love about Thug, and put steroids in that," he said. "It's just, you know, Martha Stewart, in her prime when she was making billions of dollars. She's a boss. Before she had to take that L, but when she was takin' them dubs...That was Young Martha. This whole thing is going to be so dope."
