The iconic LeBron shoe is getting a new colorway.

If you are a fan of LeBron James, then you probably remember his very first signature shoe. Of course, the sneaker in question is the Nike Air Zoom Generation. Overall, this is a chunky sneaker that made waves at the time. Although it wasn't universally beloved, it is a shoe that immediately made a statement. Moreover, it is etched into sneaker history as being the first signature shoe for a legend of the game. You cannot go wrong with something like that.

This is LeBron's 20th season in the NBA, which means the Air Zoom Generation has officially turned 20 years old. Nike is a brand that loves to celebrate birthdays, and that is definitely the case with this latest silhouette. Over the past few months, there have been various teasers for which Air Zoom Generation models would hit the market. Overall, it felt like retros would definitely be a large part of the festivities. Now, however, we have official images for a new colorway dubbed "Dark Grey."

In the images above and below, you can see just how great this model looks. It is filled with a bunch of neutral tones, although that makes this a great shoe for any time of year. Firstly, the front portion of the upper is covered in light grey. Secondly, dark grey comes in on the back half, as well as the midsole. Overall, the gray tones work really well amongst themselves to create a shoe that can be rocked by anyone. Even if you are not a huge fan of this silhouette, you cannot deny that this colorway is a banger.

Unfortunately, this colorway does not yet have a release date. However, it is going to be coming out soon for a price of $190 USD. Hopefully, we get to see some other Nike Air Zoom Generation models before the start of the summer. Let us know what you think of these kicks, down in the comments below.
