Fatherhood is no joke for Nick Cannon, who openly is the dad to 12 children. On Tuesday (March 7), the Wild 'n Out host announced his next big arrival via Instagram. His Who's Having My Baby? series will drop on E! this spring. Hosted by Kevin Hart, this "mother of all gameshows" puts Cannon in the hot seat. Hart tells the 42-year-old in the teaser, "you're going to get some contestants that want to have your baby." Although the concept of the show still remains a mystery, Cannon can be seen in the promo hinting at an “eenie, meenie, minie, mo” situation amongst the female players.
It's no secret that Cannon likes to live on the wild side, initiating Hart to jokingly give him a condom vending machine during their 2021 prank wars. The "Dream Girl" rapper has welcomed a dozen babies over the past 11 years. Despite being married to Mariah Carey from 2008 to 2016, the duo only share two children, 11-year-old fraternal twins Monroe and Moroccan. Cannon has five other baby mamas, who have collectively brought him the remainder of his children: Golden Sagon (6), Powerful Queen (2), Zion Mixolydian (1), Zillion Heir (1), Legendary Love (7 months), Rise Messiah (5 months), Onyx Ice Cole (5 months), Beautiful Zeppelin (3 months), Halo Marie (2 months). He also had a son named Zen, who tragically passed away in 2021 from brain cancer.
Cannon's New Series Is The "Mother Of All Gameshows"
Cannon recently opened up about managing fatherhood on top of his career endeavors in his February interview with Entertainment Tonight. The California native noted how his legacy development is for his kids to inherit. When asked whether he's done with adding on his existing soccer-team-sized family, he responded, "yeah, yeah [laughs] yeah. God decides when we're done [laughs] but I believe I definitely got my hands full. And I'm so focused. I'm locked in. But when I'm 85, you never know. I might."
Even though 12 kids may seem like a lot to handle, especially five being under the age of one, Cannon notes how it's a "blessing." "Hopefully because of what I am able to do, my kids can do whatever they want to do," the television personality explains, adding "let's start talking about it now so we can help your dreams come true."
