Moreover, he was accused of threatening a mall security guard. The straw that broke the camel's back, however, was Ja waving a gun around on Instagram Live.
Since that incident, the league has taken some serious action against Morant. He has subsequently been suspended indefinitely, and there is a real fear that he will miss the rest of the season. Moreover, if it was revealed that he brought a gun on the team plane or in the locker room, he may get the Gilbert Arenas treatment. In fact, this nickname has been trending on social media over the past day or so. The nickname in question is "Ja Warrant," which, unfortunately, is a pretty clever rhyme.

At the end of the day, this is some of the worst publicity one can get. Overall, it showcases a fall from grace for Morant.
