Odell Beckham Jr. is once again planning to wear special edition cleats tonight, but this time they shouldn't cost him $18,000 in fines.
The Giants wide out, who claims he was fined $18K by the NFL for wearing custom cleats in honor of Criag Sager last Sunday, will reportedly be wearing these Christmas-inspired Nikes for tonight's game against the Eagles.
According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, Nike designed the special edition white and red cleats which include plenty of seasonal graphics including candy canes, stockings and a gingerbread man. The most unique part about the Nike cleats is in the clear, translucent spikes though which have been filled with grass from Odell's high school football field.
I don't think the NFL has any rules about wearing cleats with grass inside of them but we'll soon find out.
