The rumored couple hasn't spoken about the speculation regarding their romance, but they have been photographed by paparazzi as they travel around the world.
Yesterday (February 14), millions celebrated Valentine's Day by spending time with the ones they love. According to Page Six, West and Censori were in Los Angeles enjoying a movie night at the AMC Theatre in Hollywood. However, it wasn't just the two of them for a date night; they were joined by music giant Russell Simmons.
