The Air Jordan 11 "DMP" is still quite a few months away.

Overall, the Air Jordan 11 is considered to be one of the best silhouettes to ever be worn by Michael Jordan. Many fans remember this as the shoe that MJ wore when he came back to the NBA after a brief hiatus to play baseball. For the most part, this shoe was absolutely beloved by fans. To this day, the shoe is still a fan favorite and that will probably never change. Consequently, Jumpman has kept this shoe to just a couple of releases per year. They always take place during the Holiday season, and the release is always highly anticipated.

Last year, we got the Air Jordan 11 "Cherry." Typically, one year Jumpman will do a new colorway, and then the next, they will come through with a retro. Subsequently, fans have been trying to guess which retro would come out this year. It felt like most people were actually hoping for the "Columbia" model to make its return. However, instead, Jumpman has opted to go in a different direction. Below, you can see that they are bringing back the "DMP" model.

Thanks to the likes of sneakerfiles.com and @zsneakerheadz, we have a rendering of what this retro model will look like. As you could have guessed, the shoe looks a lot like the OG version. The upper of the sneaker is mostly white and features a leather material instead of the usual mesh. Moreover, the patent leather around the silhouette is black. Lastly, there are some gold details here to make it stand out a whole lot more. Overall, this is yet another dope Air Jordan 11 that should excite fans of the silhouette. It also helps that these are set to drop in sizes for the whole entire family.

As for the release date, the post above claims that the shoe is rumored to drop on December 9th for a price of $225 USD. However, this date has not yet been confirmed by Jordan Brand.
