Throughout her life, 27-year-old Ari Fletcher has faced no shortage of haters and their near-constant criticism. While some of it is deserved, such as the backlash she faced for joking about domestic violence and gun use, other comments seem to simply be rooted in jealousy. Thankfully, by now, the influencer knows how to handle shade like a professional.
Earlier this weekend, a video of the YouTuber twerking in her living room began circulating on social media. Fletcher frequently shows off her curvaceous figure, but it still never fails to turn all eyes her way. In this clip, specifically, she wears a long black dress that's sheer enough to show her cheeks. Throughout the recording, she shakes them along to Ice Spice's "In Ha Mood."
"Pretty bitch like Lauren with a big ass butt, yup / Pretty face and the waist all gone," the New Yorker rhymes in the background. Before she begins bouncing her booty to the beat, Fletcher hits what looks to be a hookah pen, sending smoke shooting upwards. A male voice hypes her up in the background, causing a confident smile to spread across her face.
When @theneighborhoodtalk reposted the video, plenty of haters found time to share a few thoughts in the comments. "Why is this all young women do today?" one user asked. "Sit down and read a book. We've seen it ALL before. Body full of surgery, mind full of marbles." Another wrote, "Everywhere on IG this girl is somewhere twerking. Are you people not tired?? What else can you do??"
Fletcher clearly got word of the trash talk, and she quickly addressed it on her Twitter. "Bitches be in the comments of a [twerking] video like, 'Is this all you have to offer?' Lmfaooooooo even if it was, this shit took me far," she clapped back. "Maybe you should learn a lil one, two with yo hating ass."
Fletcher's curves are undoubtedly a part of the fame and fortune she presently has. Of course, they're not the only things keeping her in the headlines. Late last month, the mother of one promptly put an Airbnb owner on blast after photos of Ari staying at her rental property surfaced online.
At the time, the influencer was filming a cooking video in the house with her beau, Moneybagg Yo. In a series of scathing posts, she made it abundantly clear that she doesn't appreciate having her privacy violated.
