Buffalo Bills cornerback Shareece Wright really wants to make a good impression with his new team, even if it means he has to travel 550 miles to attend a voluntary practice. Key word: voluntary.
According to a tweet from his agent, Tamerat Berhe, Shareece took an 8-hour Uber ride from Chicago's O'Hare Airport to the team's practice facility in Orchard Park, New York, to make it in time for the practice on Monday morning.
Wright reportedly hopped in the Uber in Chicago at around 11pm Sunday night and traveled straight through to NY which ended up being a $632.08 trip, but he threw in an additional $300 tip for his driver.
The 30-year old defensive back signed with the Bills last month after playing the last two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens.
