Some might remember the time Gucci Mane allegedly pushed a girl out of a moving Hummer because she refused to return to his hotel with him, resulting in Gucci's 2011 arrest. He ended up serving jail time for six months after the incident, pleading guilty to several charges.
The girl, named Diana Graham, was not satisfied though, and sued the rapper for damages following the event. Now, a Georgia judge has ruled in Graham's favor, ordering Gucci to pay up $58, 161.24. The judgment was by default as Gucci failed to show up in court and submitted false testimony. The close-to-60k was awarded to Graham in order to cover medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, as TMZ reports.
The judge also signed off an order which allows Graham to go after Gucci's other assets, including his cars and bank accounts, to settle her debt.
