Chance and the Social Experiment bless the NPR office with an impromptu Tiny Desk Concert.

Chance the Rapper's "Be Encouraged Tour" passed through the DMV Monday. A fan of NPR's Tiny Desk Concert series, Chance deemed it necessary to step behind the Tiny Desk and perform an impromptu set for the NPR office on Monday afternoon.

According to tweets from NPR staffers, a PA announcement regarding the surprise performance sparked a stampede to the room where Chance was performing. One staffer noted that he "sang 3 songs, read a poem, & dealt with being interrupted by a page to the mailroom w/ grace & humor.” He ate a donut off one worker's desk and then left.

According to All Songs Considered host Bob Boilen, Chance's Tiny Desk concert will hit the internet in "about a week."
