The ball should bounce the same for everyone.

As part of Nike's annual Black History Month Collection, the sportswear giant has rolled out a new "Equality" campaign which includes a new black and white "Equality" tee shirt that promotes diversity and inclusion and expresses Nike's commitment to advancing those ideals.

In promotion of the campaign Nike has dropped an "Equality" short film featuring some of their biggest endorsers like LeBron James, Serena Williams, Kevin Durant and Alicia Keys.

The overall theme is that if we can judge athletes equally while they're competing on the playing field, we should be able to do the same for everyone off the field.
