A few months back, A$AP Rocky debuted the Vlone x Nike Air Force 1 High, giving an on-foot look in the streets of New York City and sparking rumors that the kicks would be releasing sometime this year.
Not long after Rocky showed off his Vlone AF1 High, A$AP Bari shared another photo on instagram of his black and orange high tops, and today word is out that the kicks will be releasing this year.
According to an article by WWD, "Bari has collaborated with Nike on a Vlone x Nike Air Force One — he couldn’t say when the high silhouette is coming out — and he’s also partnered with brands including Fragments and Off-White."
Bari's VLone line will be showing on June 23rd during Paris men's fashion week although he's keeping a tight lip regarding what will be unveiled.
“I might do a denim program. I might do some leather pieces. I’m not sure,” he said.
“I wanted to show in Paris to see if I could complete the mission I’m going for,” said Bari. “I’m trying to show kids that you can do anything. I’m not a kid that went to fashion school. I’m not a kid that went to college and studied fashion. I’m a kid that grew up in fashion and learned it from a life experience.”
Whenever the Vlone x Nike Air Force 1 High drops you can expect them to be extremely limited, just like the low-top pair which retailed for $250 and later hit the secondary market for upwards of $1500.
