Jay 305 grabs Omarion for "When You Say" video.

Jay 305 is one of the tightest voices out of the West Coast. With so much grit, charisma and overall, swag, his presence on a track is very hard to not notice. Coming straight out of South Central, Los Angeles, he joins the league of L.A. rappers who are bringing back the feel that their O.G.'s paved for them. With his album Taking All Bets arriving earlier this summer, Jay 305 has shown that he's has a strong ability on the microphone. Now, he drops the latest visual for "When You Say" featuring R&B crooner, Omarion.

The video has both Omarian and Jay 305 flexing in a penthouse next to the beach. The video is pretty interesting actually. The video switches between Omarion and Jay with the same girl in the same penthouse however, you never see Omarion or Jay 305 in the same spot. There's an interesting plot line that follows through the video. Jay 305's girl steady tries to plot on him, hoping to get in his wallet. While she's plotting to get the money with his homegirl, turns out the homegirl actually works for Jay 305. It's a mind-trip once you watch it through fully.

The director of the video put some excellent work with playing with not only the colors but also with how the girl dips in and out of each scene. It can get a bit confusing if you don't watch the video in full but it definitely comes full circle at the end.

"When You Say" is another single off of his project Taking All Bets. The anticipated project dropped in early July. For his debut album, he got some pretty solid features including Omarion. But being he's a South Central native, he also nabbed fellow West Coasters like ScHoolboy Q and YG as well. Hopefully, he continues to pump out dope videos for the project.
