Fyre Festival organizers Ja Rule & Billy McFarland have another lawsuit on their hands.

Ja Rule and Billy McFarland, the organizers behind Fyre Festival, are quickly accumulating a pile of Ls. Earlier this week, they received a $100 million class action lawsuit. The Hollywood Reporter reports that they have been hit with a second class-action lawsuit for  "breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and fraud."

John Girardi, the lawyer representing the three festival-goers who filed the suit, alleges that Fyre Media misled customers by paying 400+ social media influencers, including Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid, to promote the event.

ed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, says defendants tricked people into purchasing tickets by paying more than 400 social media influencers and celebrities to promote it.

"Social media 'influencers' made no attempt to disclose to consumers that they were being compensated for promoting the Fyre Festival," Girardi told THR.

The suit claims that Fyre Festival's paid influencers disregarded FTC regulations that require social media users to alert their followers when posting sponsored content.

"As Plaintiffs began to grasp the dire nature of the situation, upon witnessing the complete lack of infrastructure necessary to host such an event, a panic enveloped the crowd," Girardi continued. "Plaintiffs were stuck on the island, with no way off."
