Hype has been building around the Tupac biopic All Eyez on Me for the past year and a half. With the film finally slated to hit theaters on June 16th (Tupac's 46th birthday), the studio has released a third trailer, a two-and-a-half minute video that establishes the film's central themes: Tupac's determination to use his voice to uplift black folk and his clash with media and the law.
"We got a big platform," Tupac (portrayed by Demetrius Shipp, Jr.) tells the Notorious B.I.G. (portrayed by Jamal Woodard). "Use that platform to make change."
Later, he meets Suge Knight. "A lot of people are born males but their not men. I'm a man," Suge tells Tupac.
The trailer concludes with the moments before the Las Vegas drive-by shooting that ended his life. Watch it below.
