Mozzy has recently shared a new single off his upcoming album 1 Up Top AHK. The track, titled "Momma We Made It," enlists TDE's underrated weapon Jay Rock for a guest verse, and the pair spit wisdom over an ominous, West-coast inspired instrumental. When it comes to the subject matter of Mozzy's current music, the rapper stated that "once upon a time, I didn't talk about nothing but murder, selling drugs, and crazy shit. If you listen to my music now, it's about the consequences of this shit."
Therefore, it's safe to say that the Mozzy we're hearing now is wiser, more introspective. Still, that doesn't mean he won't spaz on occasion. Stay tuned for 1 Up Top AHK, dropping August 18th.
