You may know West London R&B/rap trio WSTRN through their hit "In2," which earned a remix with Kehlani in 2016. This week, they've shared another infectious single called "Txtin," a celebration of the phone-driven culture of modern dating but also a call to put away your device to experience romance firsthand. The sticky hook and bright riddim make it an immediately satisfying song, while the verses are all dynamically different, from Jamaican dancehall artist Alkaline's effortless style to the smooth, harmonized R&B of the closing verse.
Here's hoping that the trio have a proper project in the works. If you haven't heard WSTRN's Evelyn "Champagne" King-interpolating track "Come Down," you can listen to it here.
