San Fernando Valley rapper spill.rah's "Scary" sounds like the kind of track that could find an audience on SoundCloud. spill's slickly auto-tune melodies are reminiscent of Travis Scott's arthouse trap, and his voice is a perfect compliment to JehfSlaps haunting production (The two previously worked together on "Like That").
