Yesterday we reported that Kodak Black had lashed out at D.R.A.M. and Lil Yachty for stealing his "broccoli" swag, a slang term for marijuana. Lil Yachty responded to Kodak's accusations, stating that he's always shown love and respect for Kodak, crediting the Florida rapper at every concert before playing his "Broccoli" hit.
Today, Bay Area OG E-40 has stepped into the situation, tweeting a video of himself rapping the phrase "broccoli" from back in the 90's. To prove how OG E-40 really is, the one and only Tupac Shakur can be seen chilling with the Bay Area rapper in the short clip. Here's E-40's caption for his video:
"In 1993 I refer weed as BROCCOLI In 1998 I made a song called 'BROCCOLI' #PROBLEMSOLVED #BROCCOLI . Fuck beef get money!"
Do you think E-40's involvement will quell the tensions between the young rappers? Time will tell. Check out E-40's tweet below, and let us know what you think.
