Calvin Harris and DJ Khaled releasing albums within a week of each other means there are many potential hits floating around. Harris' new album has already given us some serious radio potential in its singles, but its deep cuts are similarly strong. Towards the end of the album enters "Faking It," a more reserved record that trades in the disco funk that has defined much of the album for a smooth pop gem that nods to Atlanta Bass music. Kehlani is a strong lead, giving the breezy track an emotional edge with some personal lyrics, while Yachty proves once again that he's an effective supporting role on crossover records. The outro finds Boat losing his mind over Kehlani's performance and range in a candid moment which establishes further chemistry between the two vocalists.

Quotable Lyrics:
Nowadays, I'm just a bitch to everybody else
I don't need no shoulders
I'm good crying by myself
Moving on's a chore
'Cause you know I still adore ya
An unrequited love is just a lover's hell
Faking It
