Repercussion

His father's son.

Young Juve, son of old Juve, is back with "Repercussions," and he's brought Curren$y with him. The duo goes in over some hazy Johnny Homen production, dropping clever lines and hella attention to detail, while haunted-house alien sirens wail in the background. Curren$y does his thing, dropping clever lines and painting vivid pictures, while Young Juve comes in with an uptempo lyrical barrage.

While Young Juve shares a namesake, his voice sounds nothing like his father's iconic baritone drawl. Young's distinct voice helps set him apart from his father, and this track gives listeners a short glimpse into his potential.

Quotable Lyrics

Money on stage, blew it on chains
Fort Knox solid gold in your face
Weigh it on a dope scale,
I'm in the muhafuckin' wind like boat sails
What you know about suicide doors with the umbrella slidin' out?
