Bryson Tiller had fans amped earlier today when he delivered a short teaser on Instagram, hinting that his sophomore effort was coming soon, perhaps sooner than we think. He's quickly returned this afternoon with another taste of the new album-- at least we're guessing that's the case- - with a new release, "Honey," produced by NES.
Picking up right where TRAPSOUL left off, NES produces a '90s rnb vibe with a buried vocal track, layering slow punches of drums and closed hi-hats, as well as touch of the funk, and of course, soul. The beat doesn't sound too far off from something Drake would sing on. What do you think of it?
Are you excited for Bryson's sophomore effort True To Self?
Quotable Lyrics
They don't know what I know
They don't see what I see
You know bitches gon' hate on you constantly
Say the things you bought you probably got from me
That's nonsense, we don't listen to nonsense
Get it on your own, she don't need a sponsor
